REFUND, CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE
Cancellations Policy
- Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order, or till the status of the order is ‘Processing’ (i.e. before shipment is confirmed), whichever is earlier.”
RETURN POLICY
Return request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 3 (three) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:
- Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
- Tags should be intact
We recommend making a video while opening the parcel you’ve received to avoid any conflicts while applying for returns.
Return Intimation: You can either call our Customer Support (+91) 7568866413 or Email Us at info@nunchii.com within 3 days from the date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with Customer Support by Exchange:
EXCHANGE
For any Exchange request foran order, the original garment must be returned to us Within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
Exchange is allowed only once per order, so take your time and select carefully.
Exchange option is allowed to purchase something of the same or higher value.
Make sure you mention all order details and contact-related details on the return parcel.
REFUND:
We do not have a refund policy.
For international/domestic orders if in case you are unhappy with the product quality or size, you will be required to send the shipment from your end. Once we receive it here, we will update you and you can let us know what you need in exchange.
